How long does shipping take?

The Shipping times depend on Canada Post’s schedules; there are between 4-7 business days.

Yes, before we start the production, we send you a final mock-up for your approval, to check all the details are correct.

What materials do you use?

We use ¼” acrylic and 2nd generation neon lights for our neon signs. We offer them in a great color variety.

Do you install throughout Canada?

These signs are for self installation. We currently ship across Canada, and we’re getting ready to expand throughout North America very soon! We include mounting screws with every sign, so installation is quick and easy.

How long will my neon sign last?

Our signs are built to last over 50,000 hours—that’s more than 3 years if it’s on 24/7! Every piece comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Can I use my neon sign outdoors?

These signs are designed for indoor use only. If you’re looking for an outdoor option, just send us a message and we’ll make it happen.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each sign is handmade to order. You can expect a production time between 6-8 business days. The shipping time depends on Canada Post’s times.

How do I install my neon sign?

We include mounting screws with every sign, so installation is quick and easy.

Do you make custom designs?

Can you recreate my logo in neon?

How is the sign mounted?

Your custom neon design is mounted on 5mm clear acrylic with contour cutting—for a sleek, modern look that blends into any space.

Do you offer a warranty?

All signs come with a 1 year warranty (for manufacturer defects only)

Do you accept returns?

Because each order is handmade and custom, all sales are final—no returns or refunds. Small imperfections may be visible up close but won’t be noticeable once installed. Damage from installation is not covered under warranty.
